Is there a setup fee?
It depends on the plan. The Reputation plan has a one-time $399 setup fee (reduced from $499). The Starter and Essentials plans have their setup fees fully waived, so the monthly price is all you pay. No hidden fees, no surprises on your invoice.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. There's no lock-in, no notice period, and no cancellation fee. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
How long does setup take?
Typically 7–14 days from when you fill out the onboarding form. Once we have everything we need, we get straight to work.
Can I upgrade to a higher plan later?
Absolutely. You can move up to any higher plan at any time. Just let us know and we'll switch you over. Your existing setup carries across and we layer in the extra tools.
Do I need any tech skills?
None. Seriously. We handle all of it. If something needs updating, you just send us a message and we sort it within 24 hours.
Do you work with businesses outside Sydney?
Yes. While we're based in Sydney and love working locally, we work with businesses all across Australia. Everything is done online so location is no barrier.
